In south China's Guangdong Province, glutinous rice chicken is a recurring cuisine on dining tables, be it quick breakfasts or big family gatherings. But as Huang Fei finds out, the Cantonese cuisine was made very differently a century ago. In Guangzhou, chefs are working with historians to bring back those lost flavors.
