Children from across the country took lessons in the traditional art of paper-cutting on February 7 to greet the upcoming Spring Festival.
The festival, also called Chinese New Year or the Lunar New Year, falls on February 16. According to the Chinese lunar calendar, 2018 is the Year of the Dog.
