Qinghai Lake means “blue sea” in Tibetan.Located in the northeast of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and within the territory of Qinghai Province, Qinghai Lake is 105 kilometers long and 63 kilometers wide, and 3,196 meters above sea level. It’s the largest inland lake and salt lake in China.
