Villagers in Gongliu County, northwest China's Xinjiang, are busy harvesting hypericum perforatum, a type of traditional Chinese medicinal herb. The herbs, planted on more than 2,000 mu (about 133 ha) of land in the county, are growing well and ready to be picked.
