Fu Zhao'e is an inheritor of the art of paper cutting, a Chinese intangible cultural heritage. She has made tiger-themed and Olympics-themed paper-cutting works for the Chinese Lunar New Year and the ongoing Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games.
