China's whole-process people's democracy serves the needs of the people and works for the good of the people, said William Jones, Washington bureau chief of the U.S. publication Executive Intelligence Review.

The expert on China and international politics points out that under the whole-process democracy, people have the full right to know, express their views, and make changes.
