Archery is a sport where participants compete against the weather, the wind, and the turbulence of the heart. Standing in front of the target dozens of meters away, it's even more difficult for blind archers to take aim and keep their inner peace. However, with such a group of people in the competition, the athletes never feel alone.

At the archery competition of China's 11th National Games for Persons with Disabilities in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, each blind athlete was assigned to a staff member who assisted with aiming, verifying results and other tasks on the field. Many of them also assisted the athletes during their daily lives.

To some extent, they were also competitors in the Games, enduring the same pressure and enjoying the same honor with their partners.
