Hebibulla Rehman is the founder of a start-up in Xayar County, Aksu Prefecture, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

At a local startup incubation industrial park, he enjoys a series of preferential policies, and has opened a design company.

Now the business is booming, as the second branch is under renovation.
