On October 22, the 11th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 8th National Special Olympics Games kicked off in Xi'an, capital of Shaanxi Province.

For the first time, the Games are held in the same year and in the same city as China's National Games. There are more than 4,000 athletes participating in the Games, so the services available to the athletes become an important topic.
