Newly-built Shaanxi Olympic Sports Center has seen gymnasts put on shows during China's 14th National Games. Just about 100 meters next to the modern architecture stands the first-ever provincial sports museum of general history in China, Shaanxi Sports Museum.

Opened in 2011, the museum displays hundreds of historical sports materials and relics across ancient, modern and contemporary Shaanxi, illustrating the colorful sports activities and history in the province.
