After the release of the first article of "Young朋友in温州" Overseas Communication Group’s tour in Dongtou Island on Aug. 29, many foreigners have seen the beauty of Dongtou Island under the lens of Chinese and foreign photographers, then left a lot of messages in our WeChat backstage, expressing their eagerness to visit the famous scenic spots in Dongtou such as Jiucai’ao Beach. 

Today, we launch the bilingual (Chinese & English) video program "Photographer Roman's Leisure Time in Dongtou Island" to let everyone feel the charms of Dongtou’s culture and tourism more intuitively.

Dongtou is composed of 302 islands with beautiful and charming scenery. In order to fully demonstrate the charms of Dongtou’s culture and tourism, last week, the column “Young朋友in温州” organized an Overseas Communication Group consisting of foreign photographers, geographic and cultural experts, overseas Chinese media reporters, and Wenzhoudaily’s “Meet China” film crew to take a tour in Dongtou. 

During the video-filming, in addition to visiting the Wanghai Tower, a famous Chinese historical and cultural building,

they also went to the East China Sea Shell Carving Art Museum to appreciate the art of Dongtou shell-carving work. 

In the evening, they also experienced the unique fisherman's banquet,

the enthusiastic bonfire party and the large-scale firework show on Jiucai’ao Beach.

The film crew of Wenzhoudaily said that in the next stage, they will organized more international friends and foreign anchors to visit Dongtou to experience more marine sports, such as motorboats and sailing,etc,

The video programs and graphic content of this event will be successively launched through the domestic and overseas media as "In Zhejiang" , the English website hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Government Information Office, the "Tianmu News" APP owned by Zhejiang Daily News Group, and Wenzhou TV APP "快点温州" , "Overseas Release", "Wenzhou Daily" English website, European "Chinese Toutiao", Italian "China Street". Meanwhile, it will be launched onto the social media platforms such as TikTok and Kuaishou simultaneously.
