Recently, an autonomous dual-arm robot completed the operation of connecting switch on overhead high-voltage live wire 10 meters above ground in Shanghai, east China. This was the first time that Shanghai has used a dual-arm robot to complete such a task. The whole process took only 1.5 hours.
