Four Can't-miss gourmet street foods in Macao

Macao has been designated as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy in China, after Chengdu and Shunde, in 2017. More and more tourists come to Macao for the tasty cuisines here. Along the Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, the boiling congee, Jinqianbing (literally "golden biscuits"), egg waffles, and stewed lamb pot will give your taste buds full indulgence.

Boiling congee/Porridge

Ingredients: rice, water, peanuts, seafood, beef, sliced pork, preserved eggs, shallots

The hot boiling congee is a typical breakfast for the locals. You can add seafood, pork or other ingredients to suit your flavor.
