Students from Millburn Primary School in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, joined in celebrations for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and the Spring Festival as part of their Confucius Classroom activities.
They learned to write the Chinese character fu, meaning blessings/happiness, last week and recorded a video singing a song in Chinese to express their best wishes for the Olympics.

Tan Cui from the China Women's University, who has been teaching Chinese at the school since July last year, said she arranged the song with the other teachers.
"It was an honor to promote the Beijing Winter Olympics and Chinese culture," she said, adding that she will teach students more about the Chinese language in a popular way.
