Chinese people have had to stay at home to avoid infection since the outbreak of the pneumonia epidemic caused by the novel coronavirus in late December 2019. One woman in north China’s Hebei province has tried to spread knowledge of prevention and control of the current epidemic and promote positive energy by making clay figurines.
Ma Ailin, the creator of these figurines, is a resident of Xia’an village in Jingxing county, Hebei Province. She has created many figurines featuring various roles in China’s battle against the novel coronavirus.
