Farmers Benefit from Herb-planting in China's Gansu

Farmer Zhao Jinxia shows fresh codonopsis pilosula, a plant used in traditional Chinese medicine, in Sanhe Village of Weiyuan County, northwest China's Gansu Province, Oct. 31, 2018. The output of Chinese herbal medicine in Gansu Province, with a total planting area of 4.6 million mu (310,000 hectares), is expected to reach 1.2 million tonnes in 2018.
